JanSport backpacks are the only ones I would ever buy! They are so sturdy and durable. I had mine for at least four years. If anything ever goes wrong with it, you can send it to the company and they will fix it or send you another backpack.

JanSport backpacks are moderately priced. I've had mine for over four years and have used it every day, and it's still in good condition. THe balance of weight is good, and there are plenty of compartments for all the individual things which you would like to pack separately.

I actually use this backpack and have used it for three years now. It is still in very good condition. It is sturdy and comfortable. The only improvement that is needed is the straps need to be more comfortable when carrying a heavy load.

I think this is a very well designed backpack. The straps are extremely durable allowing one to carry a large quanity of books. The pockets allow for plenty of space for writing utensils. Also, the bottom, with it's constructions allows the dependability so you know your stuff won't fall out.

A good size that can carry a lot of books. I like the thick straps, but sometimes they get tangled on my clothes. I like the cushioned back which lessens the bounce of the backpack.

Jansport really knows how to make a backpack. This backpack allows you to pack 30-35 pounds easily and provides great support with a chest and hip belt. Their life time warranty is great. Quick service! I used it on this backpack with one of the zippers. It was back in a week and a half.

Jansport backpacks cannot carry as much stuff as my North Face bag. That's why it's just okay. They are not as trendy either, and I don't like some of the styles.

The zippers on Jansports always break! Not well made enough and the lifetime gaurantee is tough to get a hold of.

These backpacks are wonderful because they have a lifetime warranty, so you buy a backpack and then if the zipper breaks, you just exchange it! It's a great company...no hassels!

The zipper breaks very quickly, so you have to return or buy a new one. It's not too reliable for outdoors or to carry many books. It's just the name. Not the best quality.

First and foremost, I love Jansport backpacks because they are durable and spacious. Also, Jansport seems to have the greatest selection when it comes to meeting the individual needs of each customer. However, I play volleyball and even though Jansport has backpacks that fit cell phones, discmans, small water bottles, and even labtops, I never found one that fit my specific sports need. When the Jansport Olympic came out, I felt like the company actually took the time to make a backpack based on the input of athletes. The Jansport Olympic has enough room for hightop shoes worn for basketball and volleyball, room for larger water bottles, which athletes will carry, and a place to keep sweaty workout clothes.

It needs more pockets on the outside for easy access.

I bought one because it looked cool, but I couldn't fit anything I wanted to bring to class. But overall, it's a good quality backpack.

I love my Jansport. The best feature is the size cup pouches. I like having a pouch on each side. One for my water bottle and one for my coffe mug.

These happen to be nice looking backpacks but based solely on dependability, the backpacks just don't cut it. I carry a great deal of books and other equipment in my backpack, based on where I am going and what I need them for, and JanSport has failed to live up to my expectations. The straps kept coming un-done and could not handle the load that my needs require.
