Meh, I'm no missionary. God presents me situations where I can talk sometimes and I talk, but the crazy door knockers often turn people off to God, so I can't see how getting hung up on this being a command that must be faithfully executed helps in the grand scheme of things.

UPDATE: I see there is validity enough to my unique style that Wiseguy seems to be expirimenting with it, although he appears to be trying to paint me as vague and noncommital, which is cute if not completely off base. I find it interesting to say the least that he stands where he has chosen to stand and stands with whom he has chosen to stand with, for those stances raise unique and fun questions of their own.

In its extreme, used as an excuse to turn off reason and logic. Helps perpetuate the myth of religious humility while actually believing that one's own interpretation of god is superior or more accurate than another. Quite simply one of the funniest philosophical manifestations any educated person can ever experiece.

Idunno, some christians shower only a few times a week, and some others even less. Its not a crazy thought. Meh, what do I know, I dont expect some Christians to go out and practice evangelization, and others that do, maybe , well who knows. Maybe they take their religion to seriously, although Im not sure about that, but it seems that way. And even though I call myself a Christian, I only like to point out the negative stuff about Christians; some people would say that Im just providing some balance to the topic, others like Wiseguy believe I have no idea what Im talking about, some think hes on to something, I guess its not too crazy a thought if you think about it, I suppose

Sincerely,

Faithfully Clueless.

Christians are commanded to go out in the world and preach the Gospel to all nations, tribes and people. It is called the Great Commission, and no one is exempt from obeying it and fulfill it. The Gospel will be preached in all the World before the end comes, so that no one would have any excuse. It is the duty and responsibility of every Christian to get involved in the manner in which God enables them.

When I was a believer I felt this was the most important part of believing. It would be like sitting by while people around you are in dire need and you do nothing. Now I find it to be the most irritating part (because I have to hear it) but I understand the importance of doing it if its your belief. I feel many Christians don't do this because it can be a difficut to do.
