Clearly people are countining their chickens before their penguin eggs hatch. A lot of stars would have to align before a contentious nomination like this could sail through the system. The list itself assumes that Hillary continues to carry immense clout after the convention, when its an even money bet that she will be just as likely viewed in the party as a spent force.

I believe that Hillary has dropped a few hints to the Obama camp that she would like an appointment to the Supreme Court when a vacancy comes up. Obama might actually make the appointment because he will be politically neutralizing an opponent and rival for power within the Democratic party. This is another position that she's qualified for.

Canada may suck, but he's right. A rumor which is not likely to bandied about by the mainstream, liberal press lest it become a lightning rod campaign issue against Obama. Obama's inexperience, seedy and unpatriotic friends and his wacky worldview will motivate conservatives enough. But, nothing motivates conservatives like (real shrill, now) HIIILLLLAARRYYY!!!

I would not put her in this position. I would not conider her to be capable filling it.

I wouldn't doubt it. Her ego is huge. She will never just go away lol

Don't rule this out. If BHO wins, he will owe Hillary something for her not getting ugly with him after the convention. I feel Hillary craves the idea of this happening. No other position, besides the Oval Office, carries higher influence and esteem. This would be a true coup for Hillary.

Not a serious consideration, except in the most paranoid fantasies of GOP hardliners.
