She's famous, undoubtedly, but for all the wrong reasons. But Courtney Love being sexy? If spending most of your waking hours shooting up drugs, binging on alcohol, and being a public nuisance, while neglecting your responsibilities as a parent is sexy, then she may just qualify as the sexiest woman ever- much less a sexy, famous blonde.

She looks like the tail end of a bad night when she gets all dolled up to go out. I'd hate to see her at the actual tail end of that night.
