One of my good friends and a mortal enemy of mine in the Marines were from Georgia. All in all it balances out, but one guy was one of my wrecking crew in Japan and the other one I got into close to ten fights with. Of course I never lost and the real victory was when that bitch had to watch me get promoted...

Overall Georgians are pretty friendly. Atlanta is more like a big city anywhere...people are pretty friendly to talk to but the drivers in Atlanta...well lets just say...good luck!

Very friendly and polite, mannerly and courteous for the most part. Atlanta and some of your coastal areas are a big exception.
