People really aren't "from" Florida - they kind of relocate here  :) Try finding a native (I wish you luck) but seriously, there's no way to determine this as most people would have brought their friendliness, or lack thereof,  here from another state.

I lived in Florida for 22 years and found the people to be very friendly. Florida has changed over the years with the influx of people from everywhere. This has had an affect on the friendly meter of Florida but not too much.
