For the most part I think Ohio people are friendly. In the North Eastern part not quite as much but most of the state is quite laid back.

There are pockets of good people throughout the state. On the other hand, the cities are loaded with rude people. As a whole, Ohio has many people who are hurried and impatient much of the time. The Southern half of the state has alot of inconsiderate people who liter and have a lack of any culture or upbringing.
