I have a solution to this problem. Simply ignore them and they will go away. I have been on RIA for almost 9 years now, and these types come and go with the wind. They're just looking for attention and to shock people. You take away their reason for being by ignoring them.

And besides, the definition of what's a "problematic reviewer" is a tricky matter. Is it someone who disagrees with your opinion? The idea of a tribunal strikes me as overly elitist and should be rejected outright.
