3 stars but if you tape the dog doing his thing and then send an email with the video to the neighbor you are THE DOUCHEBAG!

It really peeves me, big time. People work hard to keep their yards and gardens nice, then someone just casually comes along with their pets (who don't know any better) to "do business" -- I mean, people just have no respect for another's property. And this doesn't only go for poop. This goes for pee as well -- hey, it kills the grass!

UPDATE: For those who don't understand what I'm talking about, I meant that the pets don't know any better, and that the owners should have control over their pets. But if any person really wants to go over to their neighbor's yard and "unload", do it and see what happens.

So I guess this means that if I sneak over at 3 am to pinch a loaf on his tulip beds, I'm a real douchebag then.....
