Odd, uneven spoof of the James Bond films. Apparently the rights to Casino Royale were owned by a different producer than the folks who made the Connery films, and a decision was made to cash in. The result was this thing, with a number of James Bonds, three I think, played by David Niven, Woody Allen, and someone I can't remember. Orson Welles cameo's as Le Chiffre in a performance that can only be described as embarrassing.
