I've heard that the house next door to Ed is for sale. It is presumed to be haunted by the ghost of the Aunt of the cousin of the father of the Priest of the busboy from the Hungarian Paprika Bar and Grill, who saw "Skinny Legs" Frumptinato choke to death on a potato pierogi. Ed even offered me $1 million if I could stay in there for 24 hours.
Ed...your generosity alone would make you a great neighbor...even if it was for just a day or so...
