Let's see....perhaps one of his neighbors or friends will take pity on him and explain that lying is never a good thing(?) Or perhaps they may just leave it simple and explain that, sometimes a smart man just knows when to shut up.

Fitman would be the perfect neighbor. Whenever he wants something, he'd never call, never drop in unexpectedly. He'd just send me a www.tiny.fitman.url.

Definitely not, I expect people in his age group to know how to act.

I sort of prefer neighbors who actually are polite to other people and don't have to always get the last word in. I think expecting someone almost 70 to master something most people should have gotten by the time they were five isn't asking too much.

Yes and no. I would love to open up my window and blast out some of my favorite tunes by the hair and metal bands he loves so much.

I'm sure we'd make perfect neighbours... unless I whipped out my swimming trunks for my garden pool.
