I don't see the downside of living next to an attractive young woman.

I think she'd be a great neighbor. I'd make a fortune proofreading her papers for her...

uncnc08 would make a nice neighbor. seems like a nice young lady. has a  good head on her shoulders. get the idea she would be a good neighbor without being a gossip. or nasty. I like that she would be on a first name basis with the neighbors and look out for each other. could use some more people like that.

We agree on quite a few political issues and we are UNC fans, yeah it would work out pretty good.

A very nice young lady who I believe would go out of her way to be friendly. She would make a great neighbor.

I might as well go ahead and rate myself I need all the  help I can get even if it's from myself'.! I think I would  be a good neighbor to have,I think it's essential to be on a first name basis with your next door neighbors not to pry because I really dislike nosy and intrusive people,but you never   know what would come up and you may need thier help!
