 | StanUzbeck (15) 09/30/2003 | My favourite cartoon character from the old days. He was so incredibly likable and charismatic that even the crotchety Ranger Smith couldn't stay too angry with him. He also had a unique way of speaking which made him a natural genius at rhetoric. I don't know how closely his persona is to that of Yogi Berra, but the two of them are perfect examples of fellas that seem dumb but are actually quite lucid and impossible to dislike.
