Private farm, Pond Rd., Middleton NH 3

Beautiful location, awesome trails, clean, horses fed and watered. No contracts or written rules. Inexperienced owner and unsafe practices (though they did start to improve things as I was leaving). Allows horses to push around.  LOTS of drama.
