We could sit around and eat Mcintosh bars and he could tell me tales of Ogopogo. We may have a problem if his mustang has too loud of pipes late at night or if he gets loud and rowdy after having too much screech. Other than that, live and let live.

I think the 'git would be an excellent neighbor. To keep it that way, I'd always leave my doors unlocked and paint a string of yellow arrows from his porch...across the driveway...over my lawn...up my stairs...and directly into my house to the liquor cabinet. It would be cheaper than having to have the door jamb and locks and various windows replaced twice a week...
