I knew nothing of JaVale McGee when he was drafted last year, but he played pretty decently for the Wizards last year. He didn't make a huge impact on the Wiz, but for a team that is short on big men he did well. He is a great athlete for his size, and it will be interesting to see if he develops into a more polished front court player.
