07/05/2008 | Once you get used to grilling them so that they are fully cooked without being overcooked, I'll take a properly seasoned grilled perfectly grilled pork chop over most steaks.

07/01/2008 | I agree CS, pork chops are best when kept simple. Pork has a lot of flavor and doesn't really need much help.Jjust don't over cook them and dry them out. Mac and Cheese makes a good side.

07/01/2008 | Keep it simple at first- salt, pepper, perhaps a dash of red pepper and paprika and then open up your tastes. . .pork is a simple yet wonderful meat to cook with. . .
