Probably my favorite cut of steak. Like Numbah says, medium rare.

I agree Numbah, and that goes for any steak. medium rare is the only way to eat a steak. Gotta love the blood. It pairs well with a good sized baked potaoe.

I have to look over this one carefully to make sure that I don't overcook it. It's nice to finally make enough money where I don't have to clip so many coupons to afford it. Made it for my old girlfriends parents and they said my cooking was one of the few things they liked about me. I responded by telling them their daughter was the only thing I liked about them.
