Although I worked nearby for a few months (in Anaheim) back in '66, I was never motivated to waste my money on a visit.

The closest I've been is outside the gates in the summer of 2008, with the full intention of going in. Then I looked around at the carbohydrate gobbling porkers lining up to get in, each with their litter of unhealthy looking chuboid kids, all of them decorated with shoddy souvenirs, and all of them whining and displaying their ignorance, and thought "Fuck it, where's the nearest bar?"

I deal with enough goofiness around here. You think I’m gonna pay for it?

I've never been to Disneyland (what the Paris resort used to be called) or Disney World though I'm not really sure if I'm missing out on not having been or not really. I can't really see myself ever going to either now either considering I'm 26... that's too old :P

OOops, that was Disneyworld.Anyway, when I was there, there was a castle,a tree house & that peter pan ride. That's about it.Oh,yeah- and the Haunted Mansion, which I must admit was WAY cool. But,I hate the Disney Corporation for what it has become.I'd NEVER fork over the price of admission today.

Once when I was 13 (around about the time when they showed "Captain EO"), and had a good time. I especially liked Pirates of the Caribbean.

No, and I'm not sure I'd be interested. I'd like to see it for historic reasons, but I wouldn't be interested in spending a wad of cash. Considering you can't breath at Disneyland or Disneyworld without spending a wad of cash, maybe I'd just get a look from the outside.

Yep...several times as a kid, in fact. I live 2 hours south of Anaheim, CA...not quite spitting distance but close.

It was a fun trip with a lot of laughs. I wish I could live that over. I went with my mother when I was a teen and she had us stay in the Disneyland hotel.

Yeah, but I gotta get back there and try out this Jedi Academy thing that I keep hearing about.

I went to Disneyland Paris once when I was younger, it was great. For me it was all an experience, you grow up with it, but when Disneyland arrive to Paris, it was something spectacular, and go there was unbelieve. I was so young, and for me it was like a dream.
