Uptown 3000

Uptown 3000 was a Korean American hip hop duo which consisted of Carlos Galvan ( aka "Cali-Mexci") and Steve Kim (aka "Kwon"). The duo was a spinoff of Uptown the Korean hip-hop group which was active in the late 1990's.  They get a one star not because they were not talented or their music wasn't good, but because of the marketing errors the record company made while promoting Uptown 3000.In 2003, their album "Same Book, Different Chapter" was released.
