This is a potentially devastating story not only to the Predators, who were on shaky ground since inception, but to the tenure of NHL commissioner Gary Bettman. Del Biaggio is in serious legal trouble, and is under FBI investigation for loan fraud and a number of other issues. Given the soap opera that has been going on in Nashville for years, and the Commissioner's office lack of due diligence in vetting the "saviour of Nashville" Del Biaggio, this is likely to have some interesting fall out.
