Tony Snow was a calm and articulate political commentator. I think Bush brought him in to calm the waters as his press secretary and I think he did a remarkable job in that role. Too young to die. RIP Tony.

Professional apologist for the neo-con movement in general and Dubya in particular, but even those who went up in opposition against him spoke of his overall civility.
