I played outdoors often and I use this ball on several occasions. It has a nice bounce to it and a very good grip. Even if you miss a shot, the ball would still look nice.

The Wilson Competition ball has good grip and always lasts a long time. Good grip and quality is very important to a basketball player especially if you're playing for something. Good grip can determine if the last shot will be made because if the ball slips you most likely will miss the shot.

This basketball is average. It's a little rough. I can't get the type of shooting I would like with this type of basketball.
