I wouldn't consider ever using a Wilson for a basketball.

My old Man owns this ball, we use it for outdoor use only, I must say it is very comfortable, and has a good grip to it and the weight of the ball is perfect, or at least it feels that way to me. We have played Basketball with many balls which he owns, he has a few cheap ones, those $12.99 rubber outdoor balls just don't do it for me, and are pretty useless when we got the Wilson Jet Select (indoor/outdoor) ball.....

Indoor/Outdoor basketballs are the best all around and I love Wilson products.

The Wilson Jet ball has the best quality in a ball. It has a light touch on it when you are shooting the ball.

Every kid has or has had a Wilson. Best indoor/outdoor ball. Still standing with all new balls.

Wilson does not know how to make indoor/outdoor balls. My balls last about a year and then they get all wrecked. Wilson sucks!

This is my favorite ball, it has good grip and works well with indoor and outdoor. I play basketball both indoor and outdoors so, this ball works for me.

Very good b-ball...good feel and if there are 3 or 4 balls around, this will be the "game" ball.

This is one of the better balls which I have had in recent years. The key difference between this and the top of the line Spalding indoor / outdoor is that the Wilson has a much better grip. If you are a post player this helps because it is much more difficult for people to slap the ball away from you, and if you are a ballhandler you are able to retain much more control. I have heard some shooters complain that the ball literally sticks to their hands on the release, but I haven't had that problem. My only complaint about this ball is that it has a more rubbery feel than the Spalding - I guess it's the tradeoff for a superior grip.

Indoor/outdoor is the way to go.
