That chinese food has given me a case of the shits.
I'm going to the bathroom over and over and I'm about to have a fit.
I've used 17 rolls of tissue because it's coming out so fast.

Unfortunately this has been a side effect of my cancer treatment that has hit me a few times. I'm pretty open about everything that I'm going through, but I usually don't like sharing my crapping stories with the doctor. The nurses and doctors know this is a common issue, so they handle conversation about it pretty well. However, this is one area where I tend to under-report with them.
With friends and family it depends on who I'm talking with. Those I'm most cool with I can joke about this issue. I know that other people don't necessarily want to talk about bowel movements, so I'll explain it as a "GI issue."

I would imagine, under the worst of cicumstances this could be embarrassing. Very embarrassing.

can be embarassing when a person gets "hit" in public and where the hell is a bathroom they can use. not funny at all when this happens. and for someone who has to deal with this on a regular basis can be quite stressful at times. obviously not  something a person likes to talk about but it can be real for people out there.
