Since the day I first picked up this series, there's been maybe three times I've not been reading it in my free time. It's unbelievable. Terry Goodkind laid out and elaborate plan, but didn't tell you any of it. You have to keep reading it, not only to find out what's next, but to see if you're right. There are very few series like this. Without a doubt my most favorite series of all time.

Pedestrian, by the numbers fantasy. The same plot as a dozen other series, done with abut as much skill.
