oscar nails it. This isn't just influenced by Tolkein, its a blatant and unashamed rip off. Incredibly badly written too, just as a bonus

Third rate aping of Tolkien- blatant aping, not just an influence- with a place that sounds more like a village in, say, County Kerry than a fantasy setting...
