He represents a change from the Bush regieme, which voters are increasingly seeing as a positive, particularly as the GOP campaign hasn't distanced McCain from the incumbent.

this always seems to be a reason for every election. there is usually some kind of quote that implies this. no different for Obama "he is the breath of fresh air we need" this would not be a reason to vote for him. we always hear this kind of approach during election time. that want something different? reasoning.

Thats the sole reason your would vote for someone.....smart. Breath of fresh air doesnt mean he will make a good prez.
Most young people know very LITTLE about Obama. They just wanna vote for him because they feel its the popular thing to do.

A good reason, although make no mistake - he is a pol. A good pol with service to the country in mind. But a pol.

It is a breath of fresh air to finally hear someone coming up with new and innovative ideas. He's so far ahead of the curve that not one single scientist was able to compute the ratio between natural fuel reserves and the air in our tires. I, for one, being a Man of the World, as well...first and foremost, before I am an American, got up and checked my bike's tires this morning and they were low, so I filled 'em up and Lordy be!...The price of gas fell two cents, there were no earthquakes recorded in Melstrand, Michigan and not a single asteroid hit our planet. This man's onto something, I tell you...I read his extended plan to ease the energy crunch. Not only will tire pressure be next to Godliness, but it will be a Global crime to have low tire pressure and because Barry loves us (albeit, less than the rest of the world). He's gonna fix the oil crunch and homelessness all in one fell swoop, by making every homeless person a Federal Marshall with the authority to arrest anyone with low tire pressure. The Homeless Marshalls will get to keep anything they find in the car (including the car), sell what they want and split the gross with the Feds, as their salary. In the end, all of this will have saved the three-toed newt in Brazil.
Barry Obama? A breath of fresh air? He's a damn human Glade Plug-In Air Freshener...(and marketed by the same people....)

I can't believe people would actually even CONSIDER voting for McSame when he stated that he is just going to continue Bush's policies!! Then again this is America where the average person has an IQ lower than my shoe size.

I wouldn't say he's a breath of fresh air. He's a polictician. But he would be better than the gang of crooks we've had for the last 7 years.
