. . .one would think the moderately religious and the Jesusland-types would approve. . .but I guess in the climate of the next few weeks of this election (which is over) the oh-my-gawd-he's-really-going-to-win contingent is scrambling for anything or any reason to scream about what's wrong with prince Dumbo. . .

It is lamentable that you need no foreign policy experience, no economics experience, no formal education of any kind to become president, but if you do not put your hand on your heart and say you believe in a supernatural spirit in the sky, effectively you do not have a hope of being elected.

Right. He's religious, all right. Rev. Wright's church provided him street cred with the black community he was attempting to organize and prod to action. Sometimes direct action. But religious? It doesn't win friends and influence people in the far left circles he travels in.
