I liked the clean feeling but it really dried out my face.

I use Herbal Essences shampoo because it smells really good, so I decided to use the cleanser the minute it came out. It smelled really, really, good, that's why I gave it a three, but if you talk about actually working, it didn't quite do the job. In a couple of days my skin was oily in some places and normal in other places. The oily part of my face got more oily which disappointed me.

It smells great. The bottle is very pretty. Your face doesn't get very clean after you use this product. I didn't feel like it cleansed my pores, and my face got really oily the next day.

I HATE the obnoxious commercials. They are enough to keep me from buying this product. Smells good, but doesn't seem to get my face very clean. Average.

Didn't enjoy the fragrant smell in the facewash. Shampoo and conditioner OK, but facewash? No way.

Good shampoos, not good for your face. Too fruity, and doesn't really cleanse.

This cleanser gives you a smooth face, and has a great scent. It cleans and replenishes.

I received a free sample in the mail, so I gave it a shot. I liked it..my face felt clean without being stripped yet soft without being greasy. The smell is a bit much for me..isn't the idea of aromatherapy also about the subtlety of the scent? Herbal Essences seems to overdo it with the fragrance, however the facial cleanser was good.

It worked all right; I just didn't like the fragrance.
