09/04/2008 | They did a great job, and gave me a lower price on delivery than I was planning on!! I was so impressed with the professionalism of the crew and they are just great. I had a small scratch on my coffee table, but they were able to find a furniture repair shop for me in Montana, and getr it repaired for me at no additional cost. The owner is Moses he was so sweet. I will recommend anyone to use this company. Thanks Guys!

08/22/2008 | The worst company & move I have ever had. If you go with this company make sure you have your items weighed before calling them, so you wont be paying more. All I had was a bed, 2 tvs & stands, a sofa, 15 boxes and 2 book shelves (which they damaged). Make sure you pay for on-time delivery even if Tom tells you, you do not need it because the New Planet can promise the next day delivery.I had several items damaged during my move and the manager "Joe" refused to talk to me and sent me to a claims department on the east coast, I live on the west coast. The moving company did not give me all the paperwork needed to file a claim and now they refuse to answer my e-mails and phone calls. Now I have to file a complaint to the American Moving and Storage Association.
