I can't even give this company a 1 star rating. They are beyond terrible. They messed up my bill many times, their customer service is terrible. One time when I had trouble with my service, I was asked to drive 25 miles to pick up new equipment. When I told them I would cancel my service in that case, the equipment was delivered right to my door next day. It's very hard to get an answer from them when you call. They seem to be always busy. Their internet download/upload speed is a joke compared to what they claim you'd have. This service is beyond terrible.

I had so many problems with this service. The internet stopped working and it was until after two months of getting the run around from tech calls and online chat help. I canceled my service and asked for my money back. They refused but once I brought the Better Business Bureau they were more than willing to refund and ask for my service.
