This is the best flat iron I have used ever. All my other flat irons have left my hair frizzy or just fried it altogether. Also, with this flat iron it doesn't snag my hair. I love this because it takes less time to straighten my hair, it has the extra Ionic bonus to it, and it has an adjustable heat setting unlike a lot of those popular brands (Chi, etc). I would recommend this to anyone with thick, thin, relaxed, natural, short, or long hair.

My hair is so over processed that the ends of my hair no longer lay down smooth. Conditioners and expensive shampoos do not help. This product has helped solve the problem. The iron works as expected. Shipper was efficient and the flat iron arrived earlier than expected.

I have been using FHI Heat irons for a couple of years now. FHI Heat irons seal my ends and make my hair supershiny and sleek. The compliments never end when I use these. I'm an African American with a nice grade of thick medium length hair. People think it's a wig sometimes after I straighten it.

I heard good things about the Solia irons and decided to try something different. The Solia hair irons make my hair dull and don't seal the ends like the FHI irons seem to do. They make my hair look unfinished. My ends look frayed and raggedy and the shine isn't there. I am returning this product asap.

I love this flat iron! I have thick and kinky hair and have never had much success taming it. I also hate curling my hair due to the time it takes. This wonderful iron straightens my hair and removes the frizz and kinks, and I can curl the bottom with one motion. I even use it on my not completely dry hair and it never burns. I was very skeptical and hesitant to spend that much but, considering how much I have spent on other irons and products, this is a bargain! I am recommending it to everyone I know!
