My daughter HAD to have this, but is hard to do yourself. Make sure there is someone around that feels confident in hairstyling because it is still a bit tricky to get it to look cute. Very fun though. Gems stay in if you get just the right amount of hair.

bought this for our 2 girls ages 8 & 5 and they absolutely love it. It is very easy to use and also very easy to take out of hair. The gems look absolutely adorable in their hair. We are very pleased.

My 8 yo daughter just HAD to have this for Christmas, but I was really skeptical about how it would work. Boy, was I pleasantly surprised! The gems goes on easily, stay in the hair (she has almost waist length straight locks), and come out easily with no pulling when you're done for the day. And an added bonus is that it's quick and easy to use, so we could even do it before school (on special days). I definitely recommend this product.

I bought this to carry to the beach for my nieces to use. I unpacked around 10 pm the night we arrived. When I gave it to them they had a fit(just the reaction I wanted). The fit of joy turned into disappointment when we discovered it wouldn't work without batteries, would have been nice to know before hand. We had to go buy a screwdriver set and batteries at 11pm on the beach. They did have a ball after that though. They even dazzelled the baby dolls hair:)
