The Helen of Troy curling iron that I purchased is great.....I had owned one previously so I knew that it was a good product...

Great product. A little too large for my length hair so I purchased the identical curling brush with a 1" barrel. Much better for me. I'll keep them both in case I decide to try a longer style. Watch out for the end of the barrel though, it gets very hot. Also must be aware of the on switch. Has a tendency to get turned off while in use.

I have long, thick, curly hair. I love this curling brush. It is easy to use and gives my hair a nice smooth finish while turning under the ends. I have several of them for home travel, etc. It is one product that my hair does not get tangled in. It would be perfect if it just heated up a cooled down a little faster, but I can deal with it.

This product is flimsy to say the least. The handle is cheap plastic which feels like if you drop it once it will shatter into a thousand pieces. The power button is too loose so when you are trying to style your hair, it is too easy to push the button into the off position. The conair brush I had before was much sturdier and the settings button more rigid. Unfortunately it died after about 8 years of use...I doubt I will get 1 year with this brush.

This curling brush iron is exactly what I was wanting. I didn't want small curls. I wanted big, loose curls. Just so my hair wasn't straight as a board. This does exactly what I want it to do! I highly recommend it.
