I have had and used regularly one of these little Farberware percolator gems for many, many, many years, and I was horrified when it ceased to function properly, even though it had served its time and usefulness well beyond its expected life cycle. Much to my amazement, I found the exact model, ordered it, received it, put it to use, and love it. My life is complete once again. What JOY!

I've been using this pot everyday for three weeks and it has performed flawlessly. A full pot makes 24 ounces of hot coffee. Which is enough for two "normal size "cups in the morning. I'm also using less coffe than I do whith my drip machine. That may well translate into $$$ saved over the course of the year.

I ordered this item for work and waited and waited (nearly 3 weeks) for it to arrive. Finally, I received an email that it had been damaged in shipping and was on its way back to the warehouse. What's up with that? I would not order from this company again, and am surprised at the subpar customer service offered by this Amazon-related supplier.
