 | atreys (0) 10/16/2007 | I get these and a jug of grapefruit whenever I have a cold.

 | EmphasisOne (0) 02/26/2007 | Some flavors taste good, while others would make you want to throw up. These are great in the way of stopping a nasty cough however they do almost next to nothing when it comes to soothing a sore throat.

 | LadyJesusFan777 (33) 07/13/2006 | I find these are very easy on the throat. Whenever I go to the store, I have a hard time finding these, especially the plain ones.

 | Newcleus (0) 08/19/2005 | Tastes awful and it doesn't do anything for me. Sure as heck doesn't taste like candy, they're just nasty.

 | MissPackRat4Jesus (37) 12/07/2004 | I find that they're great for soothing a mild sore throat. When you start to move into a full-fledged cold, however, then something stronger is in order.

 | PTRoxieMisha (3) 12/07/2004 | They taste AWFUL and they're pretty much just candy - they don't do a THING!

 | CollegeGirl7 (0) 06/24/2004 | I found that Ricola Throat drops are good when you feel a sore throat coming on. Ya know that feeling you get right before--kinda scratchy and all?--if you pop one in your mouth, you end up not getting a sore throat at all. I told my friend this when she started feeling a sore throat coming on, and she tried it. It worked for both of us! Hope it works for you too!

 | Asmaodeus (0) 12/07/2003 | This is garbage. The word Herbal has way too much power. Just because something is herbal does not mean it is mild, effective, and harmless. Mescaline and Hemlock are both herbal. As far as these cough drops, they do nothing a cup of tea won't do.

 | callmetootie (4) 04/08/2001 | Ricola soothes your throat and takes away some of your cold, and it doesn't taste half bad either. They come it little candy wrappers, and in about 30 different flavors.

 | Minghoo (0) 12/15/2000 | Ricola is the worst of all "cold" medicines. I personally think it's candy. I would just normally eat them even when I'm not sick. At least the other cold medicines like Halls and Robitussim give off some types of de-congestion effect.

 | Sumrtime (0) 12/14/2000 | Ricola is fantastic! Not only are they all herbal and taste good, they never make me sick to my stomach the way other cough drops do. I highly recommend.

 | Jami (0) 11/30/2000 | Ricola receives a 'good' rating mainly for the taste. Typically, for a sore throat, a stronger cough drop will work more effectively! Bottom line is that Ricola does very little for a stuffed and suffering head!

 | Cube-333 (0) 11/15/2000 | For me, personally, it doesn't work. The price is higher than most other cough remedies and just isn't worth it. Basically, it is just like candy.

 | berr2626et (0) 09/23/2000 | Don't take more than the recommended dosage... Ricola also acts as a mild laxative!
