Excellent ... just what I was hoping for. I already had one of these for myself that I purchased at my yoga studio about a year ago. I wanted to get the same one for my husband, and this is it. This mat does NOT slip no matter how long you use it, even when sweating profusely, and no matter how many times you wash it! LOVE IT!!!

This mat beats other yoga mats by far. I practice Yoga 3 times a week and I do sweat a lot. This mat gives you a firm foundation and although it is only 3/16 it has enough cushion for sore knees. I can say I do not slide at all on this mat. I have purchased cheap mats it the past and this is well worth the money. Also a bonus Jade Harmony plants a tree for each mat that is sold.

Although it is taking some time for the rubber smell to wear off--I love this yoga mat and would recommend it to anyone looking to replace their mat with an organic product.

I love this mat. Although it does smell like rubber, I'm getting used to it. I never slide anymore on my mat AND it's completely ECO-FRIENDLY!!!

I just bought this mat after about a week of consideration that included scouring reviews and websites trying to find the best eco mat. After a fiasco last week with a printed Gaiam mat, I will NEVER go back. This Harmony mat is perfectly padded, amazing grip and totally environmentally friendly. What more could you ask for?? I practiced yoga twice today JUST because I'm so in love with my new Harmony mat that I couldn't put her away after the first round. It just feels great all the way around and it's very important to me that it's non-toxic and made from natural rubber and not PVC! Worth the investment for sure!! Splurge on a good mat, you will feel the difference and after all it is your body you are investing in.
