I find that Vicks works best for me when I have a cold. It really makes me feel better fast.

Frankly, I do not like this stuff. When I get sick I get terrible sore throats, and I need something effective. I literally drank a bottle of this over the course of 1 day, but its effectiveness wore off after 5 or 10 minutes. It tastes alright, but it just didn't treat my sore throat. Maybe it's good for something else, like a cocktail.
