The smell of Vicks is already soothing in itself and addictive too!

I bet you John McCain smells like Vicks VapoRub.

This stuff is AWESOME!  We used it under our noses when going to the morgue.  And Vudija ~ if you put it on your feet, and then put on soccks, guarantee, it will work for you!  Sounds silly, but it works!!

So, I was a hypochondriac as a child and I used this so much that eventually I couldn't even sleep without having this crap on my chest. Because of the overuse back then, this doesn't work for me now.

It also helps as a nail fungus remedy

Smells completely awful, and it's uncomfortable to have that goo under your nose (I use it right under my nose, I don't like having it all over my chest or neck.  Yuck.But, I'll go with the manufacturer's suggestion to not shove it up my nose.), but it works for light congestion issues.  Doesn't work for heavy congestion, though.

works great for ear infections too. just smear it in your ear with a q-tip (not too far in, less than 1/4") and around the outside of it. works wonders for congestion and coughs. rub it up in your nose and it'll clear you right up.

Little known secret - use it when exercising, the menthol keeps your lungs open and you can process more oxygen - athletes have been doing for years.

I LOVE this stuff!! its smells wikid and helps me breath when im ill, also when you feel stressed its a great relaxant.. jus rub it on you temples (wrists, either side of your head)it will help you fall asleep and relax your mind!

i like vicky vapor rub it clears up my congeston an makes me breath better quickly, just wished it smelt better. if u want to clear up a baby's congeston use vicks baby rub.

Vicks is the ultimate babysitter. Just dab a little under your childs eyes before they go to sleep and those eyes will stay closed until morning. Works better than a shot of whiskey!

rub this on your back and chest a little under your nose if needed . it helps you breath better and gives you an over all warm feeling

I like the smell of Vicks VapoRub and am getting into the habit of using it at bedtime. It has a soothing, comfortable effect.

I read in a Doctor's column in my local newspaper that Vicks VapoRub would get rid of Fungus nails. I had a fungus in my big toe for years. I started putting Vicks on it twice a day and then covering with a white sock. It took many months, but finally as the nail grew out the fungus disappeared. It worked for me and a lot of other people according to the doctor's column. He admits he doesn't know why it works, but has received many letters from his readers.

I'm 21 and as a child, my mom would rub some on my chest and neck and put a little under my nose. It helps u breathe better and helps with congestion. GREAT for colds! I still use it whenever I get sick and it helps a lot. But if I just have sinus congestion I use Vicks Nasal Spray...it's AWESOME!

It helps me clear up the congestion. It helped me sleep when no other medecine helped a little while ago when coughing didn't let me sleep. Great product!!

Vick's VapoRub really works well for me. It feels very soothing and it helps clear my chest and sinuses.

My mom and dad will take this stuff and rub it all on the inside of their noses. The bottle says not to, but they do it anyway. I, personally, can barely stand the smell of it from a few feet away, let alone have it rammed up my nose. They used to rub this stuff all over my chest when I was little, and I remember getting it all over my clothes and all over the bed sheets. Not only that, I could barely focus my eyes because they were watering from this stuff. I can't ever remember it making me feel any better though.

I'm old school and when you get a chest cold, you get rubbed down. This product is excellent because you get deep down into your lungs like only Vicks can. It is not too strong and not greasy.

The stuff is magic. It works great on colds, easing up your chest and sinuses but it's properties within a heated techno lighting sound atmoshpere are beyond description. I needn't say much more.

Great stuff. Only lasts a short time period (10-15 min) but full relief during that time. It also does not effect any other medications being taken.

This is a really great product for pain in the muscles as well as cold and flu symptoms. When I have a cold or the flu, rubbing this stuff on my chest or around my nose (to have the vapor go up your respiratory tract), helps clear up congestion.

Vicks is a classic. No other medicine is as good at relieving cold and flu symptoms. Vicks is also good to eat. When you eat it, it also cures stomach ailments.
