seriously the best medicine i've ever taken before.
i have the worst headache/fever ever, then after taking this i feel wonderfully good. and it lasts for a long time too.
a little powerful (not for just a headache i'd say) but great for those times you get really sick and can't even lie down and relax. 5 stars

Aleve Cold & Sinus is the best thing on the market, I take it and 10 mins later the pressure in my head shows relief. I would reccomend this product to anyone who isn't allergic to naproxen because that is one of the two ingredents that make up this sinus tablet.

This is by far the best cold/flu medicine I have used. My husband and I do not waste our time with others anymore because we know they produce no where near the results as Aleve cold. We always recommend it and several have switched after trying it. Definately give it a try!

This medicine worked very well for me and certainly gave me some relief...the only drawback was the drowsiness...
