I am a small business owner and distributor of Ball Bearings. For the last
5 years, my marketing strategy relied heavily upon Thomas Industrial Network listings. I had some results, but was pretty much disappointed by the Return I got from my advertising investment. I have been a business owner for almost 2 years now. Luckily, I was introduced to Jeff at Reach Local just a few months after we began. Considering any type of "computer talk" is completely foreign to me, Jeff (and his patience with my lack of understanding) made sure I knew what Reach Local actually does, versus search engine optimizers. Just wanted to pass on my positive experiences with Reach Local. When I was approached by them to help my business increase its presence on the Web, I was really ignorant as to how search engines worked. Certainly one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Their service, people and results are as bad as any out there and I would have had a better return if I invested with Bernie Madoff!!
