I don't think it's a good idea to submit your credit card into a widget - here's why:

Somebody could make a widget that looks just like yours.  They could then embed it on a site, with your trusted brand prominent.  A consumer, who trusts your brand, would then feel safe submitting their credit card info into that widget.
I'm all for full featured widgets, but I still think that for the actual transaction, you should have to go back to a trusted, accountable URL.
