I purchased the roll-on, because I didn't care for the stick. I like the surety a roll-on or gel provides. The stick felt kind of chalky when applying it.

Arrid XX Total Sport is the best. You could be having sex, working out or just being at your job and you still won't sweat. You only need to glide it on once. And even though it's white, it goes on clear so your clothes won't get any white stains on them. And if you nug a friend, he won't have the white mark either.
