We were a new start up life sciences company and was referred to BayPoint through the San Jose BioCenter - whom they sponsor. My experience was that these "sponsors" typically pay money just to have their name on marketing material and deliver lackluster service. This company really surprised me with the initiative that they took from the beginning stages and showed a genuine interest in our company, product, and people. I am a pessimist - I'll be the first to admit that. So upon the completion of the design and roll-out of our benefits, I didn't expect to hear from my Adviser again. I thought - this is a sale. Again, this firm proved me wrong! I still deal directly with my Adviser and he checks in with me once per quarter, and conducts a mid-year review/analysis with us. Oh, and I failed to mention: we are only 15 employees. I don't see BayPoint as a vendor - but a true business partner and I proactively recommend them!

We just used BayPoint to re-evaluate our benefits and they helped us with executive benefits (key man) and also helped our 2 employees in France get set up on expat benefits. Talk about a full-suite of services. Very impressed and already referred to other present/past colleagues.

We just used this company to redesign our benefits package. We have 85 employees and by creatively introducing Health Savings Accounts (PPO Plan) they showed us how to cut costs ($125,000 annually) and pass the savings onto the employees. I highly recommend.

Exceptional benefit planners - exceeded expectations and really focused in on our HR gaps. Introduced voluntary benefits to leverage short-fallings our overall package (budget constraints).
