I have boycotted Philips products entirely. One of their t.v.'s I bought went dead in seven months, and a DVD player did almost the same thing, and customer service lied to me twice and never resolved the problem. In other words, I got screwed. You better hope you never have problems with their products if you decide to purchase them, because they won't stand by them.

One of the best CD players out there due to its CD R/Rw playback features which allows it to play recorded CDs and even rewritable CDs. Most CD players do not play CD R/Rws well or at all. The batteries last a long time, 16-20 hours (believe). Good purchase.

This player is bad. My sister often used to play CDR's but then halt, years later it would not even play regular, store bought CD's.

This CD player has horrible design and looks cheap. The players are very cheap. You could purchase one for around $30 on Buy.com on clearance.

Sounds horrible, cheaply made, doesn't last, bulky headphones. Too much money for such crap.

This portable was great except it needs more anti-skip and better battery life. It played many badly scratched CDs fine.

Very durable CD players. I have one that has lasted through six years of playing and replaying. Its look doesn't really stand the test of time, it is bigger and bulkier than the new players.
