I have had a terrible time with Chegg.com. Chegg has taken my money and is out the door. It's been three weeks since i first 'rented' my text books online through Chegg.com and i still haven't received a single book. I've left emails to no avail. I've called only to be endlessly routed to a voice recorded menu board that tells me all service representatives are too busy to deal with me, then it disconnects the line. Boo! i say Boo! I want my money back! not to mention an apology!
