Now that I have retired from Zetron, a supplier to one of Mr. Roszak's companies, as its CEO I feel compelled to speak out on the behavior of Mr. Roszak. I my 40 years of being in business I have never met anyone who is more unethical or dishonest than Mr. Roszak. The other blog entries were clearly manufactured. Please for your own sake do not ever do business with Mr. Matthew Roszak.

Matthew Roszak is the CFO for MissioneMode. MissionMode Solutions keep you connected to the people that matter most. Communication technology has outpaced our ability to effectively manage the multitude of messages we send and receive each day. This problem is particularly evident when a message is mission critical and needs action immediately.MissionMode is a technology services company dedicated to streamlining communications and facilitating team collaboration in a secure environment. Our solution, which can be tailored to meet a variety of business needs, was designed to be used by non-technical business users. We host the service so there is no need to install and maintain costly software.MissionMode is a privately held company based in Cottage Grove, MN with additional offices in Winston-Salem, NC and around the world.

Matthew Roszak is a man of incredible integrity and respect. In every dealing I have had with him the process was smoothly executed and managed to the T. I would highly reccomend Matthew to any potential partner, client, associate or friend.

Roszak is not a man of his word. I had dealings with him when he and Filipowski, his liege lord, tried to bamboozle Cryo-cell into giving him a board seat. He needed my proxy votes to do this and proceeded to buy my shares in the company with the agreement I would vote for his director slate. We agreed a price but after I had voted my proxy as agreed he reneged on the price for the shares. Very unprofessional behavior. For more interesting reading on this look up the Delaware court proceedings on www.jenner.com/files/tbl_s69NewsDocumentOrder/FileU pload500/4074/Portnoy%20v.%20Cryo_Cell.pdf

My experience with Matthew Roszak was very negative. After Roszak was told by Filipowski about the pending Blue Rhino merger, Roszak convinced me to buy Blue Rhino shares for him and I put several clients into the stock too. He was then caught by the SEC for insider trading but was able to worm his way out of a conviction by selling me and several of his relatives out to the SEC. Roszak and Filipowski should have both gone to jail over this, but that is not how the system always works. Mark Michel Former Wachovia employee

My experience with Roszak has shown me that he can not be trusted. I have never met someone that can lie with such conviction. He has ruined more good companies than most people his age. Thank goodness I did not sell my company to him.
