We needed a company who would host Exchange on our BlackBerry's (Intermedia does) and we needed to be assured that our email would always be working (so far so good). It has been about a year since we signed up with Intermedia and things have gone great so far!

 | shelleyadams (0) 08/03/2007 | Intermedia's service has been excellent. Our network downtime was right on target with their 99.9% guarantee. Tech support was very knowledgeable about finding and resolving any issue we may have had (which was very minimal, and largely due to handling the nuances associated with establishing a new service). Their pricing structure is very good, a lot of value for the money, comparatively speaking. They do everything the can to ensure that you are happy.

 | hjzander (0) 07/26/2005 | Service was spotty; every day we had network downtime despite intermedia's SLA guarantee of 99.9% uptime. tech support often was more interested in getting me off the phone than telling me what the problem was and fixing it expeditiously.
the price is pretty good compared to other providers in the market, but i guess you do get what you pay for (in this case terrible customer service).
